Takes 30 seconds. We quote from photos.
We also deliver deck and external access safety works for NDIS participants, focusing on slip resistance and trip hazard reduction.
No site visit needed. Most quotes same day.
Once the final coat is applied, our fast-drying, water-based finish is touch-dry in around 15 minutes. If absolutely necessary, light foot traffic in socks is possible the same day, though we recommend allowing the deck to rest overnight before normal use with shoes.
Outdoor furniture, pot plants, mats, and heavier items should remain off the deck for approximately 7 days while the coating continues to cure and builds its scratch and wear resistance. After that, your deck is ready for everyday use and long-term enjoyment.
We’ll also provide a clear, exposure-based maintenance schedule, tailored to how your deck actually wears:
Fully exposed or mixed-exposure areas: best practice recoating every 6–9 months
Undercover or well-protected areas: typically every 12 months, up to a maximum of 18 months
This keeps the timber protected, colour consistent, and avoids costly resanding down the track. And if you’d rather not think about maintenance at all, we offer ongoing deck maintenance programs to handle it for you.
